  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Buzzly is not responsible for lost returns

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
